INNOVATION

Innovating to meet the needs of an ever-changing market is a key competitive differentiator for F2A when relating to its customers. Innovation does not end with the creation of tools that help customers work better and improve the user experience (both functionally and technologically). It also concerns the development of products/services that are new in scope and application.

The most relevant strategic initiatives undertaken in the digitisation area include:

Appointment of the CSR Manager:

a new system that can be integrated with the main Business Intelligence engines to make the client's HR more autonomous when analysing personnel data

Digital signature in organisational processes:

the solution for dematerialising documents and automating digital signature and electronic storage processes

Enrichment of mobile functionality:

completely reviewing user interfaces, rewriting them with responsive technology

Co-design:

we dedicate 5 full-time employees (including analysts and developers) to co-design projects with customers
