F2A has integrated the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into our sustainability strategy, starting with a careful analysis of the materiality and respective impacts of the 17 UN goals, identifying SDGs to which we can contribute in the long run.

We truly care about employee training as it is exceedingly important for developing human capital, one of the main factors of economic, sustainable and inclusive growth. Despite a relative slowdown in 2020 due to Covid-19, we provided a total of 38,829 training hours in 2021 thanks to the New Skills Fund.

Women make up more than 66% of our employees. In F2A there is no discrimination. That is why we have introduced a policy of equal pay for men and women, and inclusion is the key to our policies and our Code of Conduct. Choosing to be an inclusive company and assessing employees solely for their abilities is a great opportunity not just a “field” choice. It is a proven fact that workplaces that value diversity tend to have lower employee turnover rates. This strengthens relationships and represents a strong added value in sharing best practices.

We at F2A want the well-being of our employees to remain high. That is why we have adopted best practices for internal human resource management and taken several actions to improve workplace quality.

We really believe in the potential of innovation. Our commitment is expressed in both the development of digital offers for the world of small and medium-sized enterprises, and by offering products and services that can help customers work better, involving them in product innovation and/or offering them a better user experience.

F2A recognises individual merit through bonuses, basic salary increases and promotion for selected employees to reward their efforts. In 2021, we launched the trial of the new performance appraisal process (Performance Management) in order to provide all employees with equal growth opportunities linked to concrete goals and merits.

Aware of the risks posed by the climate emergency, we want to further strengthen our commitment to minimise our environmental impact. Over the past two years, we have taken several actions involving various corporate functions, such as the Purchasing Department (modernising the car fleet by introducing hybrid cars) and the IT Department (consolidating and streamlining the technology infrastructure).
