There have been manifold training activities held over the past two years:
training programmes have covered both the soft and hard-skill development of staff.
almost 39,000 hours of training provided in 2021 alone
we have extended the process so that each employee can grow and be enhanced to the best of their expectations and potential

F2A took a multi-risk approach from day one, adopting remote working immediately to safeguard the health of employees while ensuring business continuity
a flu vaccination campaign was implemented in 2022 too
internal communication tools have been enhanced and enriched to encourage employees to socialise in the remote working mode
